Today’s post will be slightly “natural” oriented.

Anxiety. It harms almost everyone, big or small, for significant matter or less. Will it be from approaching women, will it be from going to the job interview or even getting out of the house (and can raise in panic attacks). There are many reasons why such anxiety occurs and naming them here isn’t the point of this post. However there is one particular factor that is easy to fix and it can avoid your radar:

The types of food you eat.

There is enough evidence to show that eating certain types of food and drinks can make you more nervous and anxious. For example check out this article – on Food and Anxiety

It shows that caffeine, sugar and alcohol can trigger anxiety in most individuals. It also goes on little detail how it happens.

Sometimes you can also suffer from food sensitivity (think of it as lower level of food allergy).

As I won’t go into details again, you can really check out if you consume too much of certain foods that may harm your attempts to improve yourself.

Also eating too heavy foods (hard to digest – ice creams, white baked goods, all kinds of junk food) can lower your mood, which again can harm your motivation to perform at your best in some situations. It’s natural process – explained in short the more hard the food, the more energy your body will conserve to work with the food which in result will make you sleepy and moody.

From my personal experience caffeine and heavy foods had rather noticeable impact. Keep in mind quitting on caffeine can be little tough as your body needs to adapt especially if you’re used to your “daily intake” of coffee.

Although this most certainly won’t make you fearless approaching machine by itself, it may give that little edge that will make you go to the next step of your improvement.

By the way this was reminded to me by Carlos Xuma from his advanced program Ultimate Inner Game (in anxiety specific section). However be warned – it’s really overwhelming and big program with many exercises and aspects that will make you think hard. It may not be for everyone. Later this year I will write a review for this program. Edit: It’s actually big and confusing program. If you ask me, there are better options out there.

(while you’re on it – you can check some free inner game videos of his program here as well – again you have to opt-in to see that)

Disclaimer: Those are affiliate links. If you get a program from there, I might get a commission.

Hey mate,

Few days ago I’ve uploaded dating tips on my new newsletter (new newsletter…that sounds a little weird). Those in my opinion are one of the top dating advice articles in the internet. I’ve found that so far even from the begging when I was new in this topic – those advices here are still working. It’s not something you learn and it gets old and obsolete. It’s not something you learn and someday you realize it’s a bucket of crap.

My belief is that a person have to be open minded and not take everything he sees by 100% certainty. Thus even those are my favorite articles you’ll see my comments which give clarification and tweaks on the content. I’ve selected those dating advice articles by the following criteria:

Adequacy of the information – as I told you above, is it something you’ll use all your life or is it something you’ll throw away someday after you had a realization that prove that as absolutely wrong.

Level of the information – with no bad intentions, there are some pretty good articles that are quite advanced for a person without any psychological background. Those articles here are by both gurus who can simplify a lot of complicated concepts pretty well!

Topics covered – the dating advice articles have a little bit of everything inside. From the mindset of first dates, to most common mistakes guys make when with women, how to avoid those mistakes, how to take a woman’s contacts and so on…

The articles are 7 at once when you sign up and then 8 more one by one each day. The order is set so you (considering you’re new to this stuff) don’t get overwhelmed with some new concepts. This is mainly because some people take them easy, other may get it difficult to swallow that much of new concepts. They’re in .pdf format which you can save to your hard drive.

If you’re old school master or even adept in this stuff, you may find the info old (even a big chance you’ve already read them somewhere – since they’re not secret or anything), but bare with me. The Newsletter have one more function – to inform you of:

1. Any new reviews that DADB have uploaded of existing dating products;

2. Any new big dating advice product is going to launch.

And that’s all! I personally can’t stand spam and worthless pile of messages that clog you e-mail. If you want that – there are hundreds if not thousands newsletters out there that’ll do it for you. No need for another one. When you sign up for few of those and you got like an avalanche of e-mails everyday. Bad stuff.

You’ll get a message probably once a few weeks and it sometimes there are several news at once – It’s most likely for me to put them in one e-mail so you don’t get overwhelmed.

I’m using Aweber as newsletter service. Those guys are one of the top 5 in the internet of this stuff and are probably the most spam-free service out there (they check their messages) and of course if you think I’m a nuisance – unsubscribing was never easier Gee, saying that I got this annoying newsletter in my work e-mail that I was trying to unsubscribe. For that I had to send an e-mail with specific text to an address, which apperantly was non existing. Pretty cool huh? I don’t want you to go through this – so unsubscribing is easy.

So if you want in the list of new promotions, you want the dating advice articles or any particular reason – feel free to sign up in the form in right and up (you should see it after scrolling up).

You can also check out my specially designed opt-in page for this matter (the newsletter is the same). I know, I’ll make it more narrow and clean sometime soon.

Edit: The newsletter now have other cool thing. The articles were “meh” honestly.
